Gillick's Buslines is a local business owned and operated by Ian and Glenda Gillick.Ian has been working in the bus and coach industry for over 40 years, progressing from a single school bus operator to a fleet of buses and coaches covering a wide range of activities including school bus route and charter services.Ian's commitment to the bus industry has seen him serve as President of the East Gippsland Branch of the Bus Association of Victoria (BusVic) and also serving on the country group committee of the Association.Gillick's Buslines are committed to providing excellent Customer Service.With our experienced staff , we can continue to provide excellent service well into the future.

Our Accreditations.

We have obtained Accreditation #AO001992 for School bus, Route service, Charter & Tours to allow us to operate all levels of transport in the bus industry. We also have staff with Alpine Hazardous Area Licence to cover all our Snow charters. All our staff have Working with Children Checks. Our experienced staff are always happy to give you friendly and reliable service.

We travel both locally and interstate.Covering: Bairnsdale , Paynesville, Lakes Entrance and all areas of East Gippsland, Melbourne, Victoria & Australia.Our services include: Charter, Tours, School Camps, Events, Central Australia Camping Safari Tours & ExcursionsWe offer a full 'Itinerary Planning Service'Which includes a consultation with our staff either at your school or at our office. During that meeting we can get an idea of activities, accommodation, meals etc...We then can compile a Full Itinerary for your Camp, Tour or Excursion.

CAMPING SAFARI TOURS

We would like to organise a time show your group or organisation our 'Fully Equipped' Camping Safari Trailer and talk to you about any camping safari tours you have in mind. We can provide fully catered tours for groups, and schools . We have recently come home from a 10 day Central Australia camping safari tour where we visited such places as Ayres Rock Uluru, Kata Tjuta ,Kings Canyon, Simpsons Gap, Coober Pedy, Adelaide.Our passengers all enjoyed the experience and now have an a much better appreciation of what a wonderful and diverse country we live in.

We can help make the organising of your Charter/Tour easier by providing an 'Itinerary Planning Service'Which includes: Booking of Attractions, Venues, Meals, and Accommodation for you (if required).School Groups Our aim is not only to customise the tour to suit your requirements, but also to ensure that everything runs smoothly as possible for students, teachers / supervisors and all others involved. Our qualified professional drivers not only drive you around, they can accompany the group into the venue and assist with supervision and ensure students obtain maximum benefit from the visit in the time allotted.During Band Tours, Instruments are handled with care and packed professionally. We also assist with the handling and setting up at performance venues, also making a great audience for practice sessions.As the Safety of your children is paramount to Gillick’s Buslines, our company policy on all extended tours is to provide the added reassurance of two drivers per coach. Each with years of driving experience and current Driver’s Certificates and Working With Children Permits. This also gives added peace of mind to parents. We are primarily committed to providing a safe, quality assured and personalised service to our passengers.OUR COACHES ARE COMPLETE WITH:Lap Sash Seat Belts (in most vehicles)Air ConditioningReclining SeatsT.V, DVD and CD and more…Our previous tours have taken us all over Australia including Tasmania, Queensland, South Australia, The A.C.T and the Northern Territory. We also can provide a DECCA trained Driver with Hazardous Area Licence, which enables them to drive in all the Snow Fields in Australia. Should your school be interested in hiring our services for you next ‘BIG ADVENTURE’ or local excursion, Gillick’s Buslines would be please to assist you where possible. If it is an extended tour why not take advantage of our Itinerary Planning Service, we can arrange a meeting with you or the teacher / co-ordinator in change of organising the tour at a time suitable.
Paynesville Bus LinesRoute Service to and from Bairnsdale operates 5 times a day Mon - Fri and once on Saturdays. This service is a Dial A Bus Service. Just 15 minutes before our departure time from the Raymond Island Ferry terminal, call our bus driver on 0418516405, We will pick you up and drop you back at your home or accommodation . (some conditions apply). On Public Holidays this Service runs on a Saturday Timetable

Bus 1 * School Service - Departs from Paynesville & Eagle Pt Primary Schools

Bus 2 * School Bus departs Ferry Bus Stop, Paynesville at 7.50am for Bairnsdale Secondary College

This is a Dial-a-Bus Service. If you require the bus to pick you up, please phone the Bus Mobile 15 Minutes prior to any bus service departure time.If returning to Paynesville please inform driver of where you wish to be dropped off, when boarding the bus! Failing to do so the driver will take you through the the Ferry Bus Stop.

Our fleet of 11 Coaches and Buses include:

24 seat Rosa Minibus , 33 seat BCI coach, 50 seat Mercedes Benz coaches, 56 seat Motorcoach, 57 seat 1725 Mercedes Benz , Volvo School Bus,1418 Mercedes Benz, Hino RG, Hino Cub and a Toyota Coaster. Vehicles for any charter size or purpose. All vehicles are meticulously maintained inside and out. We take pride in our vehicles ensuring the highest quality of service to our patrons, with return patronage a major part of our work load.

We also have a selection of large and small Fully Enclosed Trailers if required.
